Two ways the product grows
The quarterly reports to your past clients are the retention half of this. The other half is a widget that sits on your own website and turns anyone asking what their house is worth into a named lead — and an app that does the same thing from your phone, standing in the driveway.
You turn it on in your account and get an embed code. It goes on your website like any other widget — your home page, a landing page, a QR code on a sign.
A visitor types their address. They get a real valuation report: the comparable sales it used, the dollar adjustment for each difference, and the value that follows from them. Not a teaser, not a form gate with a number behind it. The actual report, under your name and branding.
A homeowner who typed their own address into your website is a warm lead. That is a fundamentally different person from a name on a purchased farm list — they asked.
If the visitor is already one of your clients, they do not get asked to fill in a form. The widget recognises them and goes straight to the report. Making an existing client re-introduce themselves to their own agent is the fastest way to look automated, and it is the detail that gives a lead-capture tool away.
Open house, listing appointment, a neighbour who stopped to ask. The app is a web app you install to your phone’s home screen — one tap on Android, Share then Add to Home Screen on iPhone. No app store, nothing to update.
Four ways in: a short link, a QR code on your desktop dashboard, the Field App menu item, or just signing in from a phone — that lands you there automatically.
Sending the report is not the point. Knowing what happened to it is.
You see who opened it. More usefully, you see who opened it twice — because a homeowner who comes back to look at their own value a second time is a homeowner who is thinking about something. That is the call to make, and it is the one piece of information no postcard, magnet or market update has ever given you.
A question asked through the report comes to you directly. Not to us.
The widget and the app are both included in Grow, at $99 a month, along with 300 reports and everything in the tiers below it.
Reports the widget produces come out of your monthly pool, the same as any other report. We do not charge the homeowner — the free report is the entire reason the lead exists, and putting a price in front of it would break the only thing the widget is for.
They are counted separately on your usage page, so you can see what the widget is actually bringing in rather than guessing.
